Organic flaxseed oil is produced and bottled in Italy from carefully selected flaxseeds sourced from 100% organic farming, using a mechanical pressing method. The product is non-GMO. The oil is naturally rich in essential polyunsaturated fatty acids, especially omega-3 (alpha-linolenic acid), which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. It has a delicate flavor and is ideal for cold use, as a salad dressing and with light dishes such as fish carpaccio. Organic flaxseed oil, mechanically pressed, vegan. May contain traces of sesame seeds, soy and nuts.
